Precision installed a new garage door for us a few years ago. We were having an issue last week with a new garage door opener working. Precision came out on a day's notice, performed minor maintenance on the door track and brackets, completed troubleshooting on the garage door opener and fixed several issues encountered. Our garage door spring broke on a Thursday afternoon. We had our technician, Cori, at our home Friday morning before 9am. Garage was fixed by 10am! Cori was great and explained all the options and did a tune up of our garage door!!

Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!

I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. I had a phone call to say they were coming and what time to be expected. my service representative was Reece And I have to say he was polite, kept me informed and explained everything that he was going to do and things that I might need in the future. Had springs , rollers and cables replaced. Highly recommend.

He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient.
