This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

Thank you for the excellent service and the very knowledgeable technician. He answered all of my many questions and was very helpful even though it was late on a snowy Sunday evening. I needed the door repaired because I am going out of town on business and did not want to leave it to my wife to have to have repaired. I am typically a do it yourself kind of guy but when it comes to a garage door spring, I leave it to the professionals. Your company was not the cheapest option but the 24 hr. service and all of the parts needed to repair the door, this was definitely the best option for me. The door works smoother and quieter after he balanced the springs and adjusted the opener. Thank you for your prompt and adequate service in our time of need. This was exactly what I expected as I used your company at my last house. You did not let us down. Thank you again.

Every step of the process was 5 star, but a few items stood out. First, receiving a profile on the technician prior to the appointment was great. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, provide a comprehensive quote and complete the work in a professional manner. I had all of the garage door hardware, springs, wheels replaced and the installation of a new garage door opener. Finally the technician explained the new components, operation of the new opener and maintenance requirements.

Without hesitation I recommend Precision Door for all of your garage door needs.
