To Whom it may concern, I have no way of contacting my salesmen, Michael Cercone, to discuss his quote, questions concerning what I have chosen, and does he carry any door samples in his car that could give me an idea of the garage door texture? I made the mistake of driving from Cranberry to the Imperial facility on Saturday morning thinking it was open. I had discussed this with Michael when he told me that I could see most doors at the facility. I asked about Saturday hours, and he said that would be fine. He gave me a business card but there is no direct contact number on the card for himself, which I find rather interesting. I contacted Precision Doors because my neighbor was pleased with your work. I need some assistance in this matter, or I will shop elsewhere. Our garage door wouldn't close as I was leaving in the morning, so my wife called you to see if someone was available to come out and see what was wrong. We were able to get an appointment the same day, and your technician, George Ramey, came in the afternoon to check out the issue. He was very professional and friendly, checked everything out, lubricated the track, and showed us how to manually work the door during a power outage. He determined that everything seemed to be in working order, and that the drop in temperature in the morning was the likely cause of the malfunction. The door seems to be working fine now, but we will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed. Great customer service! Thank you.

Great! Service tech arrived on time and installed my new opener professionally and quickly. The tech was professional and went out of his way to be very helpful. My old unit failed with the below zero weather and due to age and previous issues I decided to replace rather than repair. The tracking app letting you know exactly who the tech was and when they will arrive is outstanding. The new opener with its features (internet active with a professional phone app, a backup battery for power failure situations a very nice feature, and very quiet operation)

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, WARRANTY, PRODUCT(S), and of course PEOPLE. I have had my openers for over five years. The doors and openers are top of the line in overall performance and reliability. The tech's who have come to provide warranty service (TIM in particular) is outstanding. Service requests are handled quickly, and they arrive on time, and are fast. The best 3rd party service and product provider I have ever dealt with. NO, I'm not related to anyone their, and NO, I'm not being paid for this great recommendation, They are that GOOD.

2 Stars. I think the 20 dollar surcharge is a ripoff. It should not be allowed. You are just adding to the cost of the service. You are deceiving the public that way. Service was good, but they try to find other things to add to the overall service call.

Our garage door spring broke, and I called Precision this morning. By noon Aaron, our repair person, had arrived. He explained the problem and what was suggested in the way of repair, and he repaired it promptly. He was personable, professional and did a good job. Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work! So he stayed and carefully inspected everything until he decided the problem was the control board. He replaced it and made sure everything worked perfectly this time...and it did! Thank you.

The technician who came to service both of my garage doors was very polite and professional. He walked through all the issues that needed to be fixed and or replaced with me followed by the quote to fix. Disappointed at the overall cost to repair spring and cables which I thought as on the high side. There was also a pile of debris left on the garage floor that I cleaned up after he left. Service was excellent but cost factor was not so good.

I called and scheduled an appointment, expecting to wait weeks for a technician to be sent out. I got service the next day. The technician called 15 minutes before he arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem and made repairs in a quick and efficient manor. He was also very efficient and very professional manor. I give this company my 5star rating for being efficient and honorable.

Sunday emergency. g. door wouldn't come back down. yellow pages and pick who ever adv 24hr service. pick you because of the timing. able to be there earlier than the other advertiser. tech friendly and it turned out to be a simple adjustment of the door frame. charged only what was advertised, check out the whole door and gave an estimate, kind enough to show me how to pull the door shut if electric went out program my zapper. done in 20 minutes and efficient. i would recommend your services to others.
