Service Tech Cori Merkel did an outstanding job letting me know everything she would be doing, once the job was completed she informed me about the springs and adjusted the cables. Really pleased, with the quality, and care given by Precision and service tech Cori. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Precision. I was given an alert by text that my technician was on his way that included his picture and a short bio about him. He arrived on time and walked me through all the options I had with my repair. He was courteous and professional at all times. At the completion of the repair, he took the time to show me his work and answered all my questions. I will absolutely use this company again.

I was able to get an appointment the same day as I called. The technician arrived promptly. Cori is very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful service and I would recommend it to anyone who needed a repair or new garage door.

Nothing like not being able to open a garage door. I searched for business who specializes in such projects and Precision stood out. I made the appointment the same day and the technician arrived as scheduled. Reece was professional and understanding. A review of the door and careful inspection of all the parts he provided options and estimates. We agreed on what was needed for a safe and reliable door operation and proceeded with all parts available on the spot. His quick turn-around was impressive and did not disappoint. needed a new garage door, the price was right. Tech did an outstanding job on installing the new door and explained what was involved. After door was installed, tech cleaned everything up and explained how to maintain door. All around great experience with tech and company!!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed by the technician on both appts. I was shocked at the additional charge of $20 for transportation, disposal (the key pad was replaced), filing, and office charges. Really?! A $65 technician fee charge was already assessed which I understand. To add to my disappointment when I called to ask about the $20 the office manager was less than professional. I considered his dealing with my question rather rude. Overall I like Precision Door company and even bought the warranty. The $20 is overcharging your customers!

We recently moved to Chippewa, which is in Beaver Falls, PA. We had an issue soon after moving with our garage door and were advised to call Precision. A tech, Keith, came out the same day, was extemely kind, courteous, and knowledgable and took care of the problem quickly. Precision has great employees and are a pleasure to have at your home.

The technician George came and looked at an old opener at our business that was not working correctly. Since it was an old commercial opener I was figuring it would be hard to get parts for or repair--which it was. He was there over an hour from start to finish and since he wasn't able to fix the problem he did not charge for the inspection. I usually do not give online reviews but George did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

We were delighted with the service we received. We had an urgent issue with our existing garage door and the response was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and we would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.

The service technician was polite and efficient in installing a keypad on our existing garage door. He also verified the operation of the door, spring, and whatever other parts make it operate efficiently. He gave me price quotes on door replacement. There was a $20 charge added for transportation, but when I questioned it, he removed that charge, since I was not informed of that when I made the appointment. I thought the service call was reasonably priced, and I would use Precision again, if needed.
