Reece, the service technician called me because he was running ahead of schedule and he arrived at my home as per our discussion. He is a kind, helpful and honest employee. Patrick was awesome! He knew his stuff, called ahead when he was going to arrive early and did his work professionally and quick. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to first my wife, and then after I got home, he repeated it all for my ears. He was personable and friendly. Our complete experience with Precision from calling to schedule an appointment, to the completion of the work, was excellent! We will definitely be using your company, and Patrick, again. Carlo was great! I got same day service, and it was the most seamless and efficient process for any home repair I have invested in. I needed all new parts and a new motor and he was done in 1 hour! Amazing and so pleased with the final product as well. Highly recommend and would refer to anyone. Well done! Entire process from first call at 9 am to Carlo leaving at 2pm with a perfectly working garage door is outstanding. Very happy!
