The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

Bill Jack did outstanding work for our broken garage door opener. First he called to say he was AHEAD of schedule; then he was able to diagnose the issue before even looking at the physical opener. In discussing the repair job, it became obvious that for only a couple hundred dollars more, it made sense to install a brand new opener (rather than attempt fixing the old 1996 one). Bill was able to adjust to this called audible, explain all its new features, and actually completed installation quite fast. We are extremely pleased with our upgraded opener & all its capabilities. Now we will no longer wake up the neighbors with a loud opener. I had no idea what I've been missing.

Tim was very efficient and presented us with recommendations and options. He was done in about an hour and the door is back to functioning well. I plan on calling you for some additional work rehabbing both doors this summer.
