your company was recommended by ocha, which had a help fair on 04/11 at which time i talked to on of your reps. would give 5 stars from top to bottom. setting an appointment was quick and easy. repair persons was here in time i was told and the job was done quickly and efficently.

Could not be more satisfied. Technician arrived about 1 hour after placing the call. He explained what had happened to cause the spring cable failure and explained out several alternative repair choices.I chose to have the rollers placed in addition to new cables and rollers. The garage door now works perfectly.
