Jim Todd certainly knew what he was doing, he quickly identified the problem and developed a solution. He was very efficient and able to complete the repairs quickly. The pricing was more than expected, I could have probably purchased the new parts much cheaper then what I paid but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. I would certainly utilize Precision Door Services again but I will educate myself before agreeing to the cost of new parts.

Jim was a very professional and competent installer. He recommended that my operner be replaced along with new springs and a pulley. The price he gave me seemed high although I had not contacted competitors. He also refused to just replace the opener and not the springs as he did not believe that would be a good solution. That clinched it for me. The belt drive opener that was installed is unbelievably quiet. Only reason for 4 stars was the price. Maybe in five or ten years that price will look great.

I approached a service technician who was in his service van in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle. I explained the problem that I was having with my garage door. He could not have been any nicer. He provided me with the 1-800 business card and said that he would likely be the one to come out and work on my garage door. When I called to schedule the appointment,the process was quick and easy. In less than two days (it would have been faster, but my schedule did not allow for me to be at home for two days)my garage door was working again and the bill was very reasonable. I will use Precision again and will highly recommend them to others.

service was excellent and thorough. Besides completing the necessary repairs the service technician suggested replacing the rollers with the Teflon type to improve the doors performance which I appreciated. Your yellow page advertisement states 24 hour emergency service(which I luckily didn't need) but the girl who took the call said that only applied to telephone answering.If I would have needed emergency service. I would have had to look further.

I contacted Precision for a repair of my existing garage door opener that stopped operating after 5 years of use. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and service that I received from Ryan the Precision technician who came to my home. Ryan was on time, professional, and he did an excellent job of repairing my garage door opener and, he even made sure to clean up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door or opener repair or replacement.

I called because I thought the door need to be adjusted or something...it was "behaving" funny...Brian arrived right on promptly...and as always was extremely friendly...he assured us the door only need routine maintenance and it was not in need of any major repair. Thank goodness. He is always so calm and knowledgeable. He taught us that we can in fact help keep the door oiled and maybe not need to call again so soon.
