Precision Door recently repaired a broken spring on our garage door in a timely and prof manner. I was concerned Precision may not respond to the nagging issue after the original repair as they had to come back 2 more times. However, in both cases they were very responsive and professional...ensuring that the door was operating as it should be. Thanks for doing what you said you would and in a timely manner !

Very professional and answered all my questions. I had broken springs and cable on the left side. Repairs to fix just the problem would have been $450 but I had less then stellar original parts. I went with the total replacement of the cables, springs and wheels with the lifetime warranty for $700 and very happy with the results and piece of mind. Highly recommend this company.
