Tim did a GREAT job installing my new garage door opener and the belt drive is so quiet you cannot hear the door go up or down at all. The lifetime warranty on the belt & motor is a big plus also. I also appreciate they appointment time frame you use, which makes it very easy to get something done without missing a lot of work myself.

Phone discussions were the same and My installer "Tim" was GREAT. I didn't have to probe for information about the system itself or the installation. He provided it all and up front. Value is not only in pricing, (and this unit is a little more expensive than some others on the market), but the quality of the product and the company who represents it. This was exceptional value. I called to have a broken spring repaired. It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. The technicians that arrived were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was broken and what they replaced and fixed. They were also very helpful in explaining future recommended maintenance. I would absolutely recommend using Precision for garage door maintenance and repair, and I will be calling them next time I have an issue. I was extremely impressed with the work performed!

My garage door spring cracked and garage door would not work, I referred to Precision because of reading about it on coupon in Clipper then went on line and called, response was quick and repaired that evening just a few hrs. after my call, service was EXCELLENT and quick now sounds like I have a new door even though spring and bearings replaced!

We were very pleased with the promptness of service (came the next morning after we called). We thought we would need new garage door openers, but the technician accurately recognized that the problem was our door hardware instead. He replaced springs.rollers, etc. the same day and now they work as good as new. Will definitely recommend Bill and your company to all of our friends!

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

Bill Jack did outstanding work for our broken garage door opener. First he called to say he was AHEAD of schedule; then he was able to diagnose the issue before even looking at the physical opener. In discussing the repair job, it became obvious that for only a couple hundred dollars more, it made sense to install a brand new opener (rather than attempt fixing the old 1996 one). Bill was able to adjust to this called audible, explain all its new features, and actually completed installation quite fast. We are extremely pleased with our upgraded opener & all its capabilities. Now we will no longer wake up the neighbors with a loud opener. I had no idea what I've been missing.
