Precision had done a good job for me in the past in repair of garage door that I felt no need to contact another. Again the technician Brian was great, took care of problem, explained what happened, and told me what to watch for in future operation. I would recommend precision always. THANK YOU

Our garage door malfunctioned 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, made a call to Precision and they were there by 4:00 PM to perform the repair. The repair only took about an hour and the door works great again. I would highly recommend them to others!

Remote control was not working, Damon is terrific! Figured out the problem and fixed it in a couple minutes at no charge! We liked him enough to move forward with buying a new insulated door from him. Great service!

This is the second time I've had Precision to service my garage door. Same day service is unheard of--it's great. They're very efficient, the techs do an excellent job and there very personable. Even the person who took the call couldn't have been nicer. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Logic board purchased.

I just bought a new home and needed the remote on my garage door re-programmed. I saw that Precision Garage Doors had good reviews on Yelp, which is why I chose your company. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by your employee, Damon. He was knowledgeable, quick, helpful and friendly. Hi there Dan, From the moment your girl Kim answered the phone till she hung up she was polite, kind, caring and very personable.she asked me if I wanted to set it up for the next day and I told her I would wait until Monday because I did not want to be paying extra for the week end. She assured me that would not happen, that your company answers 24/7 and do not charge extra for the week ends so I told her I would call her back as soon as I spoke to my husband. I called her back and set it up for the next day Saturday. I was very happy to talk to her. She was 100% customer service. When your fellow Randy came out he was professional and went straight to work. When I went to write a check I was pleased to have received a $25.00 off on my bill for the service call which Kim allowed. I will definitely tell my friends and relatives about you and I will call you back if I ever need you. Thanks again for the fast response.

Conner did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand my options. He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. I hope he will be our service person when we do finally decide to replace our other hardware.
