Conner did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand my options. He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. I hope he will be our service person when we do finally decide to replace our other hardware.

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Reece was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the need of the repair and advised me of the fix in terms that I could understand. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. A++ service from not only Reece but the entire process of booking the appointment to the close of the service call. Definitely will recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone that asks and will use again myself should the need arise. Thank you Reece for the remarkable service!!

Prompt response with on the way text. Tech was very skilled, knowledgeable and explained the problem and the needed fix simply. Offered to repair existing unit (30 years old) but offered good value to replace with a new unit and explained advantages of each choice. Very satisfied with his work and the result.

The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommended working with Precision for any garage door needs you may have!

Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. I called Precision and they set up an appointment right away to replace the spring. I am now in the market for a new garage door and of course Precision is the 1st call I made.

Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

Whenever I have had garage door issues Precision Garage Door has come to the rescue. They often come the same day of my call or the next day. All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. We had a late start on the day and discovered our big double garage door had broken its spring. I called Precision and they fit us in later in the day. I would have missed a day of work if they didn’t come so quickly. George was friendly and efficient, repairing the problem very quickly. I wish every company out there would operate like Presicion. They do excellent work in a timely fashion. This was the second time we have used this company and they have consistently maintained their quality work and great work ethic! Damon was awesome.
