Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

Service was fast and well done. I was disappointed that you would only guarantee the springs I had installed for only 90 days. Sounds like you don't have much faith in your product.

Mr. Wooster,
As discussed during the service call, you had some other parts on your door that were failing, ie. rollers pulleys and cables. Since these parts all work together, we cannot warranty our springs due to the other parts on the door possibly compromising our springs. In fact, we do offer a lifetime warranty on those very same springs as long as you have the whole overhaul completed. Per our discussion, you are getting new doors in the summer, so the overhaul would not have made much sense for your situation. I hope you can understand this and I assure you, that your springs are of good quality. Please be sure to call us for an estimate when you are ready, as we do offer a lifetime warranty option with our new doors as well. I contacted Precision because one of my garage door springs and cables broke. I knew that I would need to have both springs and cables replaced. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages and noticed they have certified technicians and 24 hour emergency repair; plus they are a BBB Accredited Business. Chris Short the Certified Technician was ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than expected (always a plus). In a short amount of time Chris was able to replace all the parts and have the garage door operating. The best part was Precision stands behind their Certified Technicians and parts with a Life Time Warranty.

The service technician was here timely, with all of his tools and ready to get busy. Great salesman also, as he had everything he needed in his truck and made suggestions for needed upgrades. I just had the doors installed yesterday. Michael did an absolutely wonderful job! He has a very high work ethic and is an excellent craftsman.

I would have given you guys "five stars", but I rate pretty hard (smiling). I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long to get the doors installed (over a month), and they are a bit expensive; however, if they hold up and work properly I will be pleased. See me in about ten years for that final star (smiling). Thanks for your service!

We love the garage door and Chris the installer was very professional. The one thing that we don't like about the product is the remotes. The silver clip on the remote opener is not secure and continues to fall out of the device. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to improve that.

We needed to replace a garage door and recalling seeing your vans, gave you a call. The response was prompt and Brian came out to do an assessment. The door was too old to repair so we decided to replace it. Everything went well. The only minor issue was having to wait four weeks until the door arrived. Brian installed it on a Saturday. Everything worked well and the door and installation looked good. We had a minor issue after a week. The door was hanging up on something and would not close. Someone came out the same day we called you to report the problem and fixed it.
