Hello all, I am Steven Pagliari and I'm 34 years old. I grew up in Donora, PA and at the age of 10 I began boxing, I have competed all around the Pittsburgh area until the age of 28. I was blessed with a son and he is now 11 years old. It's been amazing being his father, spending time with him, doing his sporting events and watching him grow into a young gentleman. As I continue to shape him, he has helped me become family oriented, easy going and resilient. My background is in bridge painting, skilled labor and sales. However, my time is now devoted to making sure everyone's needs are met and are happy with the outcome of a job well done!

Spring fractured on garage door . Could not get cars out to go anywhere. Door could not be lifted by myself. It was a Saturday night . We called Precision Door service and the young Lady who took the call was extremely courteous and scheduled us immediately . She gave us an estimate based on my explanation of the problem. Sent us an email in seconds telling us who would arrive to do the repair. It had a photo of our repairman with his history and a time frame within which he would arrive. Steve Pagliari came to our house and called us to give an estimated time of arrival and came earlier than expected. He inspected the door and gave us an exact cost of the repair. Very nice fellow and great company. We appreciated the quick and excellent service.

Just wanted to drop a line and thank you for Your help. I just called this morning (Christmas Eve) wanting to set up an appointment for next week and your Rep told me that your were performing regular service today. Our service tech was Steve and he showed up about an hour after I called. Steve did a great job and changed out our broken springs and all of the rollers. My garage door spring broke so I contacted Precision for repair following an internet search of options. My experience from the initial contact to make the appointment through the service provided by the technician (Steven Pagliari) was excellent. Steve provided me with 3 options, which I selected the most comprehensive (replacement of springs, rollers, cables and a new opener). He was not at all pushy, but explained the options clearly and performed fast and professional service. Great job from a satisfied customer!
