I think Tim was our serviceman. He was great. We called one day and he was there the next...when he was supposed to be (and at at time that worked for us)! No waiting forever or taking off work for an 8:00 a.m. window. He was personable and gave us a detailed overview of the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in about an hour or so and the price was reasonable. We were about as pleased as you could be with the service we got from Precision. We will use them again if we need it and recommend to friends.

I needed my key pad garage door opener fixed so I called the company that installed my garage door six years ago. They never returned my messages. While looking through a Clipper magazine I saw an ad for Precision garage doors. I was impressed with the 24/7 service, & no extra charge for evening or weekend appointments. A technician came to my home the next day & fixed my opener. He was very professional & friendly. He also checked the door, sprayed the hinges, & answered all my questions.
