Rarely submit reviews but had to let anyone know who is considering using Precision; you won’t be disappointed. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 72 hours. Their technician, Patrick; arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable and was able to replace our keypad quickly and also reviewed our garage door opener for any other issues. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors and will keep his business card for any future service.

Had an emergency with garage door and could not get me wife car out.. looked online and saw Precision's web site which looked very professional compared to others.... Took a chance an called them.. to my benefit it was the right call... They advertise what they do and how they charge and I did not feel taken advantage of because I had an emergency. The rep text me when he was on his way with his profile picture name and some accomplishments... He showed up aligned with the ETA provided and did an amazing job.. No service was actually done. Something was blocking the sensor at the bottom of the door and no repair was necessary. I was disappointed that I was not told to check that area before a tech was sent out and I was charge the $65 service charge for the 10 minutes the tech was here. I felt that this could have been corrected over the phone.

If we misdiagnose, which is likely to happen having not looked at it ourselves, we would then be liable for any issues you have moving forward. Response for a Sunday to my broken spring was quick. Patrick (technician) was dispatched within an hour after my initial call. Patrick was very thorough, precise, explained replacement steps as performed, tested & re-tested completed work for operation of installation of new springs and even replaced a broken bolt on a handle. His insured every was cleaned up after he completed his tasks and was very courteous and friendly. Pointed out the door was showing age but did not attempt to hard sale. I would recommend Precision for anyone in need of service and will consider them in the future when int the market for a new door.
