My garage door wouldn't open on a holiday weekend. When I called, the phone was answered right away. I was given an appointment for that same day. I was given a timeframe when the technician would show up. Justin was able to diagnose my broken spring right away. It took him about 45 minutes to install new springs. Very happy with my service.

Extremely happy with the service we received. Our door broke on Saturday; we called and someone was here the next day. Repairs took about 2 hours (had to replace the entire roller bar and springs). Justin, our tech, explained everything and was very friendly. Would recommend Precision to anyone!

Technician Justin was very professional and helpful to me in selecting the garage door opener that I needed, My old one apparently "fried" in a power outage, and there was no way of fixing a very old one.
