We packed the cars the night before our son was to leave for college, however, when I hit the bottom the next morning so we could leave we had a major problem. The door cable snapped, the rolling pins came flying at us like torpedoes and the door began to buckle. After making a call and explaining we had to get our son to school ASAP the agent had a technicians to our home in less than 45 minutes. He got us out of the garage and showed us what needed fixed. He was fast, knowledgeable and kind. We will recommend Precision to all our friends and neighbors.
