Connor Scott was here and we placed my garage door equipment. He did a great job. He alerted me that he was on his way and told me when he approximately would be at my home. He has great interpersonal skills, was very friendly, and explained to me what he was going to do. He was very efficient as well. I was very pleased with the work he performed. Connor replaced multiple items. I was not able to select more than one item from the list below, so I just selected cables.

Once I was able to reach customer service and then was able to schedule an appointment with a technician, everything went smoothly. The technician contacted me for his arrival time, introduced himself to me via email so I knew who he was when he came to my house. The technician detected the problem immediately, and proceeded to explain the issue to me in language I could understand and then replaced the parts that were causing the door not to function properly. Excellent service once the appointment was scheduled and he arrived.

Patrick did a great job repairing our door springs. He was there on time, gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take and was very careful to make sure that it was repaired properly. As he was finishing his cleanup, he asked me to hit the button “one last time” so that he could be sure it was working fine. Excellent employee!

Dan, We suffered all winter with are door not shutting right. We saw coupon in the clipper and phoned for a estimate. George promptly came on tues and brought some sunshine. George was professional and didnt pressure us. In a few hours he had our door and new opener working beautiful, cant tell you how happy and pleased we were with the job and spotless clean up. I called at 9 am and by 4 pm our door was completely fixed, which was wonderful. Our installer was Carlos. Carlos called me to say he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I was amenable to an earlier time. Luckily, I was able to have him come earlier so that was great. Carlos came and quickly assessed that we needed a couple of things re-bracketed and needed a stronger bracket on the garage door which I could see. This is my first home and so I did not know a lot about garage door repair, but Carlos explained everything. The nicest part was that he gave me three options for repairs: Everything that needed to be done, a second option with some upgrades to our rollers, and a third option with all of that plus an unlimited warranty option. Carlos never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want and let me choose what was best for us. It took him only about 35 minutes to complete the job. It was a little bit more than I anticipated, but it was done very well and I know that our door is now much more secure and that we will not have the issue reoccur soon. Carlos was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would very much recommend him for your garage door repairs.

Old garage door opener was 25 years old and a chain drive. It was a Crafsman from sears and gave us good service for a long time, the remotes were replaced a few times and that was a downfall. Jim Todd was very nice and knew his stuff about openers. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new one so far and it so quit being a belt drive now. The new one from Precision has very nice features, light switch,child safety sensors on the floor by the door (FOR OUR GRANDCHILD,VERY IMPORTANT TO US. Jim Todd came to our home "EARLY" after a call from him and that was nice. So far my wife and and I would give Jim Todd and Precision Door 10 stars with the unit. Looking forward to a door that will give us GREAT SERVICE and we will recommend Precision to others in our area for there homes. Robert & Jil Methven
