Our garage door spring broke on a Thursday afternoon. We had our technician, Cori, at our home Friday morning before 9am. Garage was fixed by 10am! Cori was great and explained all the options and did a tune up of our garage door!!

Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!

Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He took the time to explain to me what he felt the problem was and what he suggested it would take to fix it. I would highly suggest both this company and technician to anyone in the future.

I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

I am familiar with your company, so I chose to use you. I was very pleased with the work done!! Brian Pellegrino was wonderful! He was cordial, and explained what needed to be done. He replaced the old mechanism, replaced parts, and added an outside keypad. I am very pleased with the new part, which gave an easy and quiet movement of the garage door. I will gladly recommend your company :)

FANTASTIC experience. Called Precision with a problem and they were out the following work day. My technician's name was Marcus, couldn't have been more professional. He provided an estimate of cost to fix the problem. When I asked if I could set-up an appointment to have the work done, he stated that he could do it while he here. Unbelievable !! Problem fixed.
