I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. I had a phone call to say they were coming and what time to be expected. my service representative was Reece And I have to say he was polite, kept me informed and explained everything that he was going to do and things that I might need in the future. Had springs , rollers and cables replaced. Highly recommend.

He identified the problem and the solution immediately. The garage door was making a lot of noise when it was going up and down. Reece recommended that replace the plastic rolls with nylon rollers. It was a great recommendation; the garage door is so much quieter now. Reece did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Reece was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the need of the repair and advised me of the fix in terms that I could understand. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. The whole experience from making the appointment to job completion was unbelievably easy, quick, seamless and very professional. The appointment was made online about 8:00 AM and the appointment was confirmed, a chat with customer service about special directions for the location, a message and email received when the technician was on his way and the job was completed all by 12:30 PM. All this on a Saturday morning!!! Reece Cramer, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately inspected the situation to identify the problem, went over my options with me, provided me what the various cost would be and then went to work changing the springs on the double garage door. He checked the motor and all the adjustments and verified that the door was working properly before he cleaned everything up and let me know that the repair was completed. I would surely recommend the Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and family, or anyone in need of their services.

the service was wonderful! I was given a timeframe and he came Right on time. While backing out of the garage my passenger side Rear view mirror hit the metal bar that runs along the side of the door and bent it. I immediately called my daughter because she had used your service and was completely satisfied. The service technician was very friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix it. After the previous wonderful experience we had when Precision replaced our springs a few years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them with my “emergency” at 7:30 am. Reese arrived at 11:15 am and completed in less than an hour! We presented a “challenge” for Reese in that the door was off the rollers, brackets were bent, and the door was bent. He technically knew how to fix vs. requiring me to have to buy a new door. He replaced the cables and brackets that were needed but reused what he could. That also meant re-installing the bottom panel and repairing that I had to remove last evening. The door actually works better now than it did before the “accident”!!! Great job, Reece! You were prompt, professional and courteous . everything was done perfect........Highly recommend! Thank you ! Reece was one of the best service/repairman that i've worked with.

Reece arrived within the first 45 minutes of the service window, identified a broken pulley bearing as the source of the screeching noise, also discovered the cable had begun to fray on that side of the door. He replaced the pulley and the cables on both sides in a very efficient, professional manner. He also discovered that some of the roller covers were missing and suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the future. He performed the multipoint inspection and lubricated all the mechanics of the door. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Precision Door also installed my door and replaced the springs in the past. All three experiences were excellent.
