New bottom rubber sweeps on both garage doors. We had used Precision on two previous occasions, so we did not hesitate to call them again. Our sensors became mis-aligned and it was difficult to be on the garage floor to solve the problem. Reece, representing Precision, came to our home the next day after we got in touch with them. He was able to correct the mis-alignment in minutes and then continued to lubricate the rollers and hinges and perform an inspection.

I have had this company service my garage doors several times over the past few years and was always satisfied. So when my garage door was damaged recently I called them to replace the bottom two panels on an older garage door and made an appointment for the evaluation. The guy came at the wrong time. I planned on being home but he came two hours early. Then he said on the phone that he can’t fix it. Had a salesman call who didn’t even know what was going on and said I should just get a new door. I had high hopes they could help me but I guess I just can’t afford them any longer.
