I would recommend without hesitation Tom for any garage door service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and did not hesitate to make an honest recommendation. He is an obvious asset to the company. My replacement doors are high quality and the installation went very smooth and was completed timely. Tom was on time and there when he said he would be. He did not waste time getting things done. I would highly recommend Tom and Precision.

Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.

I recently had precision door service replace my garage door spring at my house and had excellent service. I called the repair in at 945 am and had a tech at my house at 1020 am. After (literally) over a year of procrastinating, I finally got fed up with standing in the rain and pressing the button multiple times before my garage door would shut all the way, I finally called Precision. Aaron called ahead of time and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and I chose the one he recommended. In my head I was already planning when I'd take a day off work to get the problem resolved, but that wasn't necessary as Aaron fixed my door on the spot, at 7pm. He was in and out within a half hour and now my door closes like a dream, no longer waking our newborn. I'll definately recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door maintenance or repair. A+!

They replaced my garage door, opener and trim on the coldest day of the year (2015) to date. I recently retired and wanted the lifetime warranty to make my life easier as I have had problems with my old setup in the past. The service man, George, was very prompt in arriving for the appointment. He was very efficient in repairing my garage door opener. Two screws came out of the ceiling guiding the arm that pulls up the garage door. He had to drill holes into a wooden board to reinforce the screws. It took a couple of boards to get the job done. Problem was solved. I would recommend Precision repair services to anyone.
