We had a spring break on our garage door on sunday the 29th and I called Precision as I had before when the same thing happened. They came within an hour and the door was fixed within 20 minutes. I also requested the 39.95 service call as stated in your ad and received it, even on a Sunday. I would recommend you to anyone and your serviceman, George was very professional. Thank you very much.

I chose precision because they were available 24/7 and I had an emergency. The operator set up my appointment for 11pm - 1am. Then, I received an email that said the technician would arrive at my home between 11pm-1145pm. My technician arrived 10 minutes early. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very courtious. The customer service is very "customer friendly"!

Excellent service. Technician showed up on time and walked me through each step and answered all my questions.Had complete overhaul of springs,pulleys,cables and rollers.Upon job completion he walked me through the repairs.Door and opener sound better now then when they were new.

We had a garage door emergency 5 days before Christmas. Precision was the first company I called and they responded immediately with an exact estimate and replacement suggestions. The personnel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and had both doors replaced 2 days before the holiday! The technician also corrected several issues with our garage door openers. The service was exceptional and we are extremely thrilled with the new doors. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs and am very thankful to them for their prompt response to our issue.

We found your ad in the Murrysville yellow pages. Next day service was a selling point and also lifetime warranty than can be transferred in the event home is sold. Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order. Precision is a first rate company that provides quality, customer oriented service.
