I called at 9 am and by 4 pm our door was completely fixed, which was wonderful. Our installer was Carlos. Carlos called me to say he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I was amenable to an earlier time. Luckily, I was able to have him come earlier so that was great. Carlos came and quickly assessed that we needed a couple of things re-bracketed and needed a stronger bracket on the garage door which I could see. This is my first home and so I did not know a lot about garage door repair, but Carlos explained everything. The nicest part was that he gave me three options for repairs: Everything that needed to be done, a second option with some upgrades to our rollers, and a third option with all of that plus an unlimited warranty option. Carlos never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want and let me choose what was best for us. It took him only about 35 minutes to complete the job. It was a little bit more than I anticipated, but it was done very well and I know that our door is now much more secure and that we will not have the issue reoccur soon. Carlos was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would very much recommend him for your garage door repairs.

We were in need of a new garage door opener, as ours was making a noise and was over 35 years old. Carlo, the technician, gave us a few choices in the openers that were reliable and silent compared to our current opener. Within an hour and fifteen minutes, our old opener was hauled away by Carlo and a new one in place. He demonstrated how to program and operate the new opener. It is really quiet and we are pleased.

Carlo Zanetti was our technician for 2 service calls to upgrade our garage door opener bar for belt drive. Carlo was professional and knowledgeable regarding what needed done. He called prior to coming to our home and arrived at the time he said he would. We had a contractor install our garage doors on a new garage and it was not done correctly. Carlo identified the issues and fixed everything that needed done, to make sure our garage doors were running smoothly. My garage doors are 20+ years old and it shows. I have owned the house for almost 7 years and have kept them operating with minimal work (I once replaced the plastic/nylon gear) although they definitely don't run smoothly (very shaky/jerky when opening and closing). Recently, my remote opener stopped working. I received a promotional postcard in the mail so I decided to have somebody take a look. I also requested a tune-up while the technician was checking the remote/opener. Carlo visited last night and was fantastic. He called out some issues and concerns across the board (which were somewhat plentiful since the doors and openers are so old). At first, I was concerned with being oversold or talked in to more repairs than I wanted or needed. However, Carlo provided three tiers of service (minimal, basic and maximum updates). After discussing further with him, we came to an agreement that fixed my remote, replaced a clearly bad pulley and tuned up some other areas. I'm happy to report that both my garage doors are working fully and much smoother than they have since I've owned the house. And, this was all done with open and transparent communication and some explanation and negotiation from both sides. Because of Carlos collaborative approach and willingness to understand my goals and intent (rather than being salesy/pushy), I felt comfortable that I got the right service from the right company. This goes a LOOONG way toward customer service and Precision being my choice for future service or door/opener needs. Thank you very much for your service and approach to customer service!
