My wife and I have a self sustaining urban farm in West Mifflin, where we raise chickens, goats, sheep, and dogs, oh yeah, I am also an animal lover. Great! Service tech arrived on time and installed my new opener professionally and quickly. The tech was professional and went out of his way to be very helpful. My old unit failed with the below zero weather and due to age and previous issues I decided to replace rather than repair. The tracking app letting you know exactly who the tech was and when they will arrive is outstanding. The new opener with its features (internet active with a professional phone app, a backup battery for power failure situations a very nice feature, and very quiet operation)

One of the cables broke on one of my garage doors. I called precision and they were here within two hours. The tech was Randy - very polite, easy to talk to and very experienced. After discussing the repair options, I decided to have Randy do a complete rebuild of the hardware: cables springs, pulleys and door trolleys. All of Precision's hardware was of much higher quality AND they come with a lifetime guarantee! Randy did an excellent job: he added fasteners where needed, straightened my tracks where needed and made the door run smoother than it did when it was new and he was done in about 1.5 hours - that included the discussion when he first arrived and cleanup. EXCELLENT JOB, I am very satisfied. I will definitely use them again, if needed, on my other garage doors! I will also request Randy.

I really enjoyed the service technician, Randy Swann. We had a severed wire which prohibited the garage door from going up or down. He checked the condition of the whole garage door apparatus. Precision originally installed our garage door system nearly 20 years ago. He suggested an upgrade on all the parts and he included a life time warranty. We agreed. He did a great job. The garage door now opens so smooth and quite that you can hardly hear it when it opens. Again, we are very pleased with the service and it is like getting a whole new garage door. He repaired the wire at no charge, which was the original call for the service.

We had a torsion spring break suddenly and I chose Precision Door for the repairs based on the reviews...I was not disappointed. The technician (Randy Swann) was courteous and professional and provided me with 3 options before beginning any work. He explained each option thoroughly and based on the information, I chose to go with a full overhaul due to the age of the current door hardware and the fact that it offers me a full lifetime warranty for really not much more that the cost of just replacing the torsion springs. The door is operating quietly and smoothly again. Thanks again Randy and Precision Door!

Hi there Dan, From the moment your girl Kim answered the phone till she hung up she was polite, kind, caring and very personable.she asked me if I wanted to set it up for the next day and I told her I would wait until Monday because I did not want to be paying extra for the week end. She assured me that would not happen, that your company answers 24/7 and do not charge extra for the week ends so I told her I would call her back as soon as I spoke to my husband. I called her back and set it up for the next day Saturday. I was very happy to talk to her. She was 100% customer service. When your fellow Randy came out he was professional and went straight to work. When I went to write a check I was pleased to have received a $25.00 off on my bill for the service call which Kim allowed. Our garage door broke in the morning...my wife called around 8:00 am and the technician (Randy Swann) was there by 12:00 (same day). Randy was fantastic and was able to get the garage working again. He was very knowledgeable and was a huge help. I thought the cost for the repairs would be extremely high but upon completion of the repairs, I was told I owed nothing. This was due to the life time warranty I purchased on a previous repair/overhaul job a few years ago. This is a standup company and I would recommend to anyone looking to either add, repair or replace any garage door equipment.
