My opener stopped working so I went to the troubleshooting section of my manual and it looked like it was the logic board. Tim tried several different things to see what the problem was and came to the same conclusion. I opted to have a new one installed rather than repairing the old one. Tim had everything needed in his truck and the installation was done in about an hour. He walked me through all of the features and different options I could use. Tim was very nice and competent. I was given the option of different models and decided to get the more deluxe model. I never felt pressured into making any of my decisions. I made my appointment online on a Monday evening and my new opener was installed and working Tuesday around 6 o'clock. I never expected to get an appointment the next day and was very happy that I did.

The rubber gasket at the bottom of my garage door needed to be replaced and Precision had done a good job for me back when a spring broke in my door years ago so I gave them a call. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful, and fixed our garage door in about an hour. Paying was simple, and he gave me all the information if I need their services again. Couldn't be happier.

Connor Scott was the technician who serviced my garage door recently. He was polite and efficient. He not only made the necessary repair but did a complete assessment of the condition of the door. At the end of his work, he wanted to be assured that the keypad was working. It was determined that the battery needed replaced, which he kindly did for me then he asked to see the transmitter that was in my car. He kindly replaced the battery there, too. Connor made sure everything was working well before he left. I was more than satisfied with the work he provided.
