My garage door opener stopped working. My technician Damon arrived on time, explained my options as to whether to fix or replace the opener. Because of the age of the opener I chose to replace it. Damon did a great job of installing the opener. When he was done he took his time to make sure I understood how the door worked and all the features new openers have. Overall, it was a great experience. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Once I was able to reach customer service and then was able to schedule an appointment with a technician, everything went smoothly. The technician contacted me for his arrival time, introduced himself to me via email so I knew who he was when he came to my house. The technician detected the problem immediately, and proceeded to explain the issue to me in language I could understand and then replaced the parts that were causing the door not to function properly. Excellent service once the appointment was scheduled and he arrived.

about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
