Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work! I had an emergency with my garage door on a Saturday night. I called Precision and was completely satisfied with the immediate response and service I received. After my initial phone call around 8:00 PM, my garage door cables were replaced by 9:30 PM. Very prompt and courteous service.
