We built this house in 1960. Thomas Giel did the garage door. I called him, he was did not have an opening that day. I looked in the yellow pages and saw your 2-page ad and called. The receptionist was very pleasant, checked her schedule and said 11:00 P.m. was open but if an earlier date came up she would call, she called within the hour and had a 2:00 P.M. opening, I said yeah! Tim and another person appeared. Tim could not have been nicer, he explained the suggested repair to me in detail, I gave him the OK, he did the job in a very neat and workmanlike manner in a short amount of time. Tim is a great employee, don't lose him. I love the new quiet overhead door. You are now on my repair list. Thanks.

I was able to get a quick appointment and estimate for the work that was needed, and on a Saturday! They were able to schedule the work to be done three days later and Tim was great at explaining the available options. Tim was able to complete the job quickly and took time to make sure the details, cleanings and a tune-up, were done as well. I really appreciate his friendly demeanor and professional work!

My garage door assembly came apart from the door, it was -3 degrees outside and I didn't know who to call. I searched for a company via the internet, and saw Precision. From the first call to the end of the repairs all of the staff were professional. My appointment was confirmed via email, the serviceman called ahead to let me know when he would be at my house, and everything was cleaned up when he left. The repairman told me that the installation of my door was incorrect and some of the equipment used for the installation was substandard. He repaired the door in approximately 2 hours making the appropriate changes. The door never sounded so good. Although the service was impeccable, I did feel that the pricing was high. This being said, I was glad I found Precision and will use them in the future.

Appreciated that your company responded to problem without insisting on time and a half like our previous dedicted Co. Citywide did ( they no longer will service our stores ).The door that was repaired did malfunction for a period of about an hour and a half by stopping half way down but has since functioned ok. Your website should make it simple to obtain the local repair #. Overall it took an extra day I assume to get parts but the door was repaired to my satisfaction

The technicians that came were very good ,gave me a written estimate and repaired the door opener. They also asked me if I wanted to change the door rollers because they were binding and causing the opener to work harder. They replaced the rollers and readajusted the door and it now works smoother than it ever did.

Tim Bernhardt arrived early for our appointment and he was immediately aware of what some of the problems were and within 1.5 hours the old rollers were replaced with sealed new ones. He replaced the cables (one had broken)with aircraft rated cables. He checked everything; the track and brackets, lubricated the hinges and checked the opener. His demeanor was professional, friendly, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Garage Door company to all. The service is professional and personal; the prices were within reason. I am extremely pleased with then service I receive form Precision. I remember the adds and when the spring on my garage door broke(of course when I had family in from out of town) a technician was here that afternoon and did a great job . This last time I asked if the door could be adjusted and they again were out the same day. Adjusted the door so I am able to get my new car in the garage with no problem. The technician checked the door and did maintenance. Every technician that has been here has been friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased.
