I'd be happy to recommend Precision Garage Door Service - they were prompt, professional, friendly, and Tim B. explained everything ... he did an overhaul of our garage door after the spring and cables snapped. Thank goodness no one was nearby at the time, although it certainly sent a shock wave through the room above! Working great and the replacement parts are long-lasting.

We responded to an insert ad for a garage door tuneup. The technician was on time and did a good job of checking everything. Some of the rollers were sticking so he recommended a new set of rollers with bearings and nylon wheels, which we agreed to and he installed them. Doors are now quieter and close tighter.

Our garage door spring broke one evening and we were unable to lower the door. The technician came that same evening and gave us a complete overhaul, replacing everything but the door itself and the track. No high pressure oversell to buy the door also, just what we needed to make it function correctly. He did the work right then. Was very pleasant. I was not uncomfortable having him in my home. The door works like new! Very pleased with the service and would call them again.

We had an overhaul done to our garage door, as it was not opening and closing properly. Tim came and fixed my problem then suggested what we needed done. We scheduled it for two days later. The work was done and Tim showed my mother what was done. The door is opening and closing quietly. I also liked that we were sent an email as to the identity of the tech who would be coming. Thanks

The company was recommended to me and I was very surprised they could fix my door on a Saturday, which was the day after it broke. It was good service with a very respectable and personable technician. The price was higher than I expected but with hearing other friends needing repairs every 3-4 years, my cost will be $0.00 since I got the life time warranty. So I think and hope it is worth it. Good job !

Tim, the technician was very professional and had a clear understanding of the problem with my garage door. He explained to me his recommendation and the cost associated with it before any repair work was performed. A complete overhaul of the door and the repair of the garage door opener was the right solution. The door operates fairly quiet and smooth now. I have never dealt with a company like Precision meaning they confirm the appointment, picture of individual doing the repair...more companies should have this feature. The next day Tim called stating he was on his way. He evaluated the situation and came up with two options and prices. We chose the higher one so it would totally fix our mechanism of the door and am very pleased with his work..it sounds like a brand new door. Excellent worker and would highly recommend Precision. Another excellent feature with Precision is they come with a totally equipped truck...didn't have to get the part and come back like most companies. As you can see I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

If the star rating was only for the technican and the work performed it would be a 5 star but due to the fact I feel it was very expensive I am giving it a 3 star. If you don't mind paying extra I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely great from start to finish. Very courteous and confirmed with an email and the expected technician (Tim Berhnardt) to come and make the repair. Arrived promptly, and gave me the options for repairing or replacing the door. Repairing worked and will last for a while. Plans are to replace the door in a few years when the budget permits, and will certainly call Precision when that day comes. Tim was very courteous and even though it was a bitterly cold day, refused the warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate, saying he had plenty in his truck. I hope so because it was cold!

This company is wonderful. I've never dealt with such an organized, customer service oriented company. I heard their ad on KDKA, called, got an immediate appointment, received an e-mail confirmation (with service providers picture), received a call telling me that he was on the way and would be there at 8:00 am, was there at 8:00 am sharp, friendly, knew what he was doing and then received an e-mail thanking me for using their company. I have given their name to co-workers, friends and family. Would definitely use them in the future.

I was impressed with the ease of the appointment process. The repair man, Tim, called and said he was running 30 minutes late due to an unexpected problem from a previous appointment. I appreciated the heads up. Both my doors were inspected and fixed. My main door needed a roller, I must admit I thought you could buy one from Home Depot, but the ones installed are much better quality. My door is opens with ease and sounds quiet. I will recommend Tim and your company to my friends and family. My only issue was the fuel surcharge was not disclosed during the appointment process.
