He replaced an 18-year old outside touch pad, diagnosed the malfunction of one of the door openers, & provided the cost to replace guide rollers. We limited our purchase to the touch pad, our first priority, this time. Will definitely consider Precision Door for any future work.

Super service!! Very easy to set up the appointment, Technician arrived when they said he would. Reece Cramer was Super Professional from start to finish. He diagnosed the problem and explained the fix. He repaired our older door quickly and now it operates “Good as New”. We Highly recommend Precision Door.!!!

Garage door opener quit working. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment in 4 days! Didn’t expect to get it fixed when they came because I needed a new motor. They had a motor on the truck and it was installed. The door is now working fine. Damon and his helper did an excellent job. They cleaned up and didn’t leave any trash. They even took the old motor with them. Damon was very skilled on programming the new opener and explained the fundamentals I needed to know. I’ll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs and replacements.

Called for noisy door. Appointment the next day. Damon was outstanding. Roller bearings worn out and cables fraying. Door seal also very worn. Everything done in under two hours. Highly recommend this company.

From the time that I called until the job was completed, the experience was fantastic. I was given a window of time in which the service technician would be at my home. Damon called when he was on his way from his previous appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The installation of the new garage door opener, spring, track, wiring, wall control unit and weather stripping was done very neatly. Damon introduced himself when he got here and also thanked us for our business. He is a fine young man, you are lucky to have him as a representative of your company. Our Son-in-law in Allegheny County is using Precision for his garage doors maintenance and is happy with the services he's received. Reece came on time, very pleasant, courteous and explained to us the reason our door was acting the way it did, and there was not much that can be done, except using a lubricant occasionally to lessen the problem. Apparently, this is a newer cheaper system that is used in new/newer homes! Advised us it is safe, just annoying! Should last another 5 years or so. Gave us an estimate if we decided to replace the system. Very pleased with Reece. Will definitely call Precision when the need arises!

We’ve been using Precision Garage Door for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed. They always have quick appointment availability and are nothing but professional. Damon B came out this morning and described our issues, pointed everything out to me with kindness and respect. He called ahead of time with his ETA, he finished within an hour, and he ensured I was satisfied with the work completed. We’ll use Precision Garage Doors anytime we have an issue!
