Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

Garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving day. I called Precision garage door the next day and they had a technician at my door in two hours with parts needed to make the repair on the spot. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I will without a doubt call Precision anytime i have a issue with my garage door.

Damon Burke came and worked on my Garage door which the cable was broken and some of the panels where Bent and the door would open all the way up, but would not close all the way down at all. Damon worked Hard and did an Excellent Job and actually got my Garage door to work now, Thank God !!!!! He was a Super Nice Man and took his time and cared about what he was doing !! I am so very Thankful to Him from the Bottom of my Heart !!! I would Recommend Him and This Company to Anyone For Sure !!! 6-14-2021

The representative who came to my house was Cori Merkel. She was driving a marked vehicle, wearing a company uniform, I.D., etc. COVID measures were in effect. I could tell she was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors/openers and would be able to help with an old malfunctioning garage door on a 1950 house that I had just purchased the prior week. I signed an agreement for both a garage door and opener. I felt the pricing was very good and in the ballpark of what I expected. Now I can’t wait to get many years of use & see the difference the new door will make in the appearance of this house! Cori is a “people person”and definitely an asset to this company!

Ben was a great technician. Very polite and professional. He did great work and my door works better than it has in years. He came out within a couple hours of my phone call, and repaired a spring system that had been previously installed and because of the warranty it cost me zero...wife is happy so am happy!
