We had used Precision years ago when we lived in Mt. Lebanon, and were very pleased with them. When our garage door broke in our new home, I immediately thought of Precision to do the repairs. I easily scheduled a service call online, received confirmations and reminders, and the tech, Damon Burke, was able to come earlier than expected. He did a fantastic with the repairs, was clear about how to fix the problem and the cost, and quickly remedied the situation. Actually, when he finished, the door ran smoother and quieter than before!! He also went the extra mile and programmed my outdoor remote to open/close our second garage door, which we didn't know was an option. He was great and I would highly recommend Precision!!

Start to finish, our experience with Precision has been exemplary. I initially texted with someone from the phone call center who was clear, polite, and answered all my questions. I made my appointment through the call center, something I rarely do as I like to converse with someone to see how well they represent the company. The next day, Damon, the installer, called to let us know when to expect him. Again, he was an outstanding representative of Precision, explained everything, did not try to "oversell", provided the cost, and carried out the installation of a new spring quickly. I highly recommended Precision. Beware of the 1st recommendations that come up on Google even when you submit an actual company name -- they are often a "call center" that connects you to independent contractors and not the company you are seeking.

I called at 9 am this morning begging for an appointment as I thought my cable broke and I had a blood draw appointment at 9:20. She said Sunday was the next appointment time and I said it needed to be sooner. I have Grief Share class in the am on Thursday and Divorce Care in the evening on Thursday. She put me on hold and got me an appointment for 12-2pm today!! Aiden was great. One of the parts had broke, not the cable but it affected the cable. He fixed it right away and now I can get in and out of the garage! Precision is the BEST!!

Called for noisy door. Appointment the next day. Damon was outstanding. Roller bearings worn out and cables fraying. Door seal also very worn. Everything done in under two hours. Highly recommend this company.

I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon! I won't hesitate to use you again, and certainly to recommend anyone who is looking for garage door work! Thank you!
