On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on schedule, which I really appreciated. He introduced himself politely and immediately began assessing the garage door. I chose Precision because of an ad in a mailer. I needed to have an old door repaired so that it would lock properly. The technician knew what he was doing and fixed the problem by straightening the bar that locks the door. He also lubricated and moving parts of the door, an it operates more smoothly and quietly than it has in more than 30 years. He also provided an estimate for replacing our door. I'm very pleased with the response and service from this company.

George was polite and took care of my issue quickly. My problem is with the cost of $284 for a 10 minute fix. I used them again for this repair because I had good luck back in 2019 when they replaced my spring at a fair price. This was just for adjusting the tension of spring as door would not stay up and it only took 10 minutes to adjust. I called my local guy to compare and he was less than half the price for same adjustment plus that includes going over door and lubricating all components. I will use local guy going forward as I will be retiring and will not be able to afford such pricing.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service Because I had them install my garage door in 2018 and was very pleased with service. I called this morning 1-20-26 and was scheduled for a 2 to 4 time slot today. Technician Damon Burke arrived sooner. He listened carefully to what my problem was. Inspected everything and advised me it was a motherboard problem in the motor. Too old to find a replacement as it was a Sears brand. Explained my choices of new motors and their cost. When I ask to set a date to have work done Damon said Immediately as he had parts on truck. Within 2 hours my problem was fixed. Amazing same day service. I am so happy with Precision and especially Damon Burke. I highly recommend them.

These Guys are amazing!!! I have delt with them years and it has always been a positive experience. They offer a life time warranty on many of their products and most importantly they stand behind it. An example of this is we had 1 of our 2 springs break last night. Tom C came out this morning and was able to replace both of the springs. Even though only 1 broke. When Tom finished he reached out with his hand to thank us for being a customer. The 2 springs and the service call were at no charge. No questions asked. This is why this spring we will be purchasing a new door from Precision. We won't shop them around do to the fact that no other company will be able to offer the value and service they do. Thank you Precision and a BIG SHOUT OUT to Tom!
