Connor showed up early in the two hour window he was scheduled for. I explained the problem and he quickly diagnosed a broken gear in the opener. A new gear was installed and he tightened and oiled the chain and garage door hinges. All told in and out within an hour. I’ve used Precision before and will continue to use and recommend them.

We had a technician come out as we were having some issues with our garage door. We figured out that it was our remote before the technician came, but we didn't cancel figuring we could just get our door checked out before winter since it has been awhile. Conner (the tech that came) was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, showed us things we never knew, sprayed everything (fortunately we had some WD40 because he was out), and as he was about to leave he turned around saying he noticed something else and wanted to correct it, so he ended up adjusting our spring so that the door closed better. I ended up getting a new remote just because I use it sometimes several times a day, and didn't want to chance having our issue start again. I was very happy with Conner's service. I also was happy they could come out so quickly, and on a Sunday, and that it was just a regular service fee, which I was able to have waived by purchasing the remote. Again, really happy with everything.

When our garage door jammed and bent the frame I called three companies rated by Angie's List. One company wanted a $99 charge for an estimate,one never returned my call and Precision returned my call that day. We scheduled an appointment with their employee Marcus. Marcus was excellent. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it right on the spot at a reasonable price. Of course I hope I never need another repair but if I did I would definitely call Precision and ask for Marcus.

Tanner was very good.He was polite.I do not appreciate however the never ending fuel surcharge.You are like the govt that imposes taxex and never takes them off.That sircharge was when fuel was 4 bucks a gallon several years ago.And another thing,although Tanner did not ask there was a place for a TIPAre you kidding me.312.00 and you want a tip.Maybe it's time I look elsewhere when my door breaks.
