We were in need of a new garage door opener, as ours was making a noise and was over 35 years old. Carlo, the technician, gave us a few choices in the openers that were reliable and silent compared to our current opener. Within an hour and fifteen minutes, our old opener was hauled away by Carlo and a new one in place. He demonstrated how to program and operate the new opener. It is really quiet and we are pleased.

Much to my surprise the technicians (Tim and Aaron) were about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time. They got right to work repairing my existing door with very professional work-ethics. My old garage doors had stopped opening and closing. They were falling out of the frame. they were useless. New doors were needed as well; as frames etc. The tech./salesman presented a quote and approx. date of delivery. It was early in the period quoted for arrival and the tech. was promptly installing the doors. I am very happy and satisfied with the tech. the service as well as pleased with the doors. I had a positive experience, beginning with the phone call. Ryan responded promptly to my service request, which helped me to make the most of my day off. He was efficient in completing a repair on a broken track wheel, answering my questions in a pleasant manner. He performed an adjustment on the closing mechanism as a courtesy. He provided information about how the door works and the purpose of the safety cables. I would call this company again if the need should arise.
