Hello, my name is Conner. I've lived in the Pittsburgh area all my life. I spend most of free time tinkering with computers and hanging out with friends. I aspire to one day be able to travel the world and learn about other cultures. I'm happy to be able to provide service to you and your family.

Had and issue with my garage door not closing. When I'm out on the roads, I often see Precision Garage Door vehicles traveling around and they were the first ones I thought of. I called them and the lady that answered was super nice to talk to! She took all the info and said the service tech would be here between 4-6. That was great! About 20 minutes or so later, the tech called and said he would be here in about 10 minutes. That was awesome!! Conner arrived and took care of everything and headed back down the road! Im very happy I called Precision and, without hesitation, I would definitely use them for any future service my door may need!! Thank you Precision and thank you Conner! I appreciate you!

Connor Scott was the technician who serviced my garage door recently. He was polite and efficient. He not only made the necessary repair but did a complete assessment of the condition of the door. At the end of his work, he wanted to be assured that the keypad was working. It was determined that the battery needed replaced, which he kindly did for me then he asked to see the transmitter that was in my car. He kindly replaced the battery there, too. Connor made sure everything was working well before he left. I was more than satisfied with the work he provided.

Connor showed up early in the two hour window he was scheduled for. I explained the problem and he quickly diagnosed a broken gear in the opener. A new gear was installed and he tightened and oiled the chain and garage door hinges. All told in and out within an hour. I’ve used Precision before and will continue to use and recommend them.

In retrospect, I would have been much better off waiting for the first available service appointment with Precision when our Lift Master garage door opener battery backup failed during the recent 6 day power outage. Instead I opted for immmediate service from an unknown company that represented itself as experienced and ended up replacing the overhead shaft spring at a very inflated price and also ended up with an opener where the shaft decoupled from the motor twice. That company hung me out to dry promising to return and permanently fix the opener, only to give me multiple arrival dates and times which never happpened. I returned to Precision and gladly awaited the four days before a service opening was available. Their tech identified the problem immmediately, was very familiar with my particular opener and made the unit operable within an hour. The moral of the story is clear, stick with the real professionals, Precision.

For many years, I had heard Precision Garage Door’s jingle on the Fan and honestly, hoped I’d never have to use them. But then Friday, my wife and I heard a loud boom and on Saturday, when we needed to go somewhere, found out our garage door was out of service.
