Precision Garage Door is great! They are very accommodating and give great communication right from the start. The online scheduling feature is easy to use and both the emails, text and phone call prior to arrival were much appreciated. I really like the fact that they send out a photo, name and short bio information on the service tech scheduled to arrive. Precision is very responsive in scheduling and explaining how their door repair services work. The technician we had, Connor, arrived on time and gave a understandable and detail explanation of the problems with the door and how to address them. Precision has their tech arrive with a lot of replacement parts so you can have a one visit experience. And our tech, Connor, really knew what he was doing. The repair of a door from the 1990's took less than two hours! And on top of all these positives was very reasonable pricing!

We had your technician out to do a checkup today. We used your ad for the 39.95 promotional fee. He spent 5 minutes tops doing the service. Okay, everything seemed to be functioning properly. So, when it came to pay he informed me that there was a $20 surcharge. I asked for what. He said everybody charges a surcharge. I told him I’m not paying it. If you are going to add a surcharge, it should be noted in your ad or when the appointment is made. NOT good business!

Bam! I backed into my garage door which made me very unhappy. After sulking for a bit, I remembered having a good service experience with Precision Garage door once before. So I called them on a Saturday night, they had someone at the house Sunday morning, and my new door was in the works by Sunday afternoon! That's service.
