A decade ago your company worked on my parents' garage doors and they left me a company card with a note highly recommending the company. Fortunately,I kept that card and phoned yesterday for service on frayed cables and to have a full check of all parts including our automatic lifter. Reece Cramer was the employee who worked on our older garage door fixing cables and replacing the brackets that pull them. He thoroughly checked all elements of this older door, worked hard when he discovered major brackets were also about to break and has all components working silently and swiftly. I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. He identified the problem and the solution immediately. The garage door was making a lot of noise when it was going up and down. Reece recommended that replace the plastic rolls with nylon rollers. It was a great recommendation; the garage door is so much quieter now. Reece did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.
