Garage door opener quit working. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment in 4 days! Didn’t expect to get it fixed when they came because I needed a new motor. They had a motor on the truck and it was installed. The door is now working fine. Damon and his helper did an excellent job. They cleaned up and didn’t leave any trash. They even took the old motor with them. Damon was very skilled on programming the new opener and explained the fundamentals I needed to know. I’ll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs and replacements.

I called on a Tuesday because my opener broke. It was old (1999), so I wanted a new one. My install was the next day! That's impressive in and of itself! My installer was Damon Burke, who also had a new employee with him who he was training. Both of them were so nice, very polite, and professional. We had used Precision years ago when we lived in Mt. Lebanon, and were very pleased with them. When our garage door broke in our new home, I immediately thought of Precision to do the repairs. I easily scheduled a service call online, received confirmations and reminders, and the tech, Damon Burke, was able to come earlier than expected. He did a fantastic with the repairs, was clear about how to fix the problem and the cost, and quickly remedied the situation. Actually, when he finished, the door ran smoother and quieter than before!! He also went the extra mile and programmed my outdoor remote to open/close our second garage door, which we didn't know was an option. He was great and I would highly recommend Precision!!

Start to finish, our experience with Precision has been exemplary. I initially texted with someone from the phone call center who was clear, polite, and answered all my questions. I made my appointment through the call center, something I rarely do as I like to converse with someone to see how well they represent the company. The next day, Damon, the installer, called to let us know when to expect him. Again, he was an outstanding representative of Precision, explained everything, did not try to "oversell", provided the cost, and carried out the installation of a new spring quickly. I highly recommended Precision. Beware of the 1st recommendations that come up on Google even when you submit an actual company name -- they are often a "call center" that connects you to independent contractors and not the company you are seeking.

Precision installed my new garage door in 2022. Their service was superb and the door still looks as good as new. Earlier this week my garage door opener stopped working. Once opened, it wouldn’t close all the way and none of the key pads were working. I’m disabled and asked my neighbor to manually shut it. I immediately called Precision because of my prior great experience with them. When I called, the telephone agent had my pertinent information on her system. Initially the first available appointment was several days away, When I explained my situation, she was able to secure a same day technician visit. That afternoon, Damon Burke arrived, quickly identified the problem—an electrical cord had detached from the main unit—and made the repair. Damon completed this repair in about 15 minutes. He made sure the door was working before he left. He was very professional and friendly, and I enthusiastically recommend him if you are lucky enough to get him as your garage door technician. I also highly recommend Precision Door Service for their prompt attention to my issue.
