I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon! I won't hesitate to use you again, and certainly to recommend anyone who is looking for garage door work! Thank you!

Precision Garage Door installed my current Clopay double wide, insulated garage door about 3-1/2 years ago. Yesterday (a Sunday afternoon) one of the coiled springs broke - while the door was just sitting there. As you note on your website, a garage door never breaks at a convenient time. This certainly wasn't. It happened with both of our cars in the garage. I wasn't able to manually lift the door myself - and I was to pick up my wife at our church in about 30 minutes to go to a neighborhood holiday banquet. My neighbors helped with getting my wife and I to/from the banquet. Precision's 24 hour call in service answered right away when I called and put us on the schedule for the next day at noon. Within minutes I received an email confirming the appointment. It meant I could relax, knowing help was on its way. The next morning I received a call from the service technician asking if it was okay if he came an hour earlier. Tim Kronenberger arrived as promised & had our garage door fixed within an hour. Then he made sure the garage door and opener were working properly with all safety settings in place. It was a pleasure working with Precision - just as when the door was originally installed.

Our technician Tom arrived on time on the morning of New Years Eve and assessed the trouble with our door controls, attempting to reprogram new transmitters. After diagnosing the trouble, a non-responsive control board on the opener motor, he clearly explained my options, allowing me to choose the best option. He was able to install a new motor, external keypad, and transmitters that morning, which will give us years of service. We are very satisfied.

When I came home recently, my garage door opener would not work from both a remote as well as the keypad outside. My house was locked, and I didn't have the key. I was desperate! I googled online and found Precision's information. I used t and he chat feature, as I was in a library for use of wifi. Technician Damon arrived quickly and was quite helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We tried the door again, and it worked! I noticed when I got in the house that clocks were blinking, so there must have been a power outage. Damon checked everything regarding the garage door opener. I was not charged for this call! Very positive experience for first time customer! Appointment scheduling was easy with short lead time (1 day). Info about appointment and technician was well communicated via text msg. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated well. He assessed the problem, provided options, and did not pressure sell. He was able to repair a 20+ year-old garage door opener (which really surprised me) and had it fixed in less than an hour. No hassle credit card payment with email receipt.
