When I purchased my garage door, I was provided real time access to the Linear app so that I could remotely control my garage door. The app hasn't worked in forever. That being said, I requested an explanation, but NEVER received a response.

We needed an upgrade to our garage door opener and keypad because it was very dated and didn’t have the functionality that we wanted. Dylan showed up right on time and was incredibly helpful and God is the products we needed at a reasonable price. There was no multiple visits and drawn out work orders. He showed up that day. He had everything on his truck that he needed and by the time he left, we had a new garage door opener and a new keypad that he helped us set up that did everything we wanted it to do.
