These Guys are amazing!!! I have delt with them years and it has always been a positive experience. They offer a life time warranty on many of their products and most importantly they stand behind it. An example of this is we had 1 of our 2 springs break last night. Tom C came out this morning and was able to replace both of the springs. Even though only 1 broke. When Tom finished he reached out with his hand to thank us for being a customer. The 2 springs and the service call were at no charge. No questions asked. This is why this spring we will be purchasing a new door from Precision. We won't shop them around do to the fact that no other company will be able to offer the value and service they do. Thank you Precision and a BIG SHOUT OUT to Tom!

Just when we were getting ready to put our home on the market, one of the garage doors wouldn't open--and my car was inside. It was easy to see the problem, but I wasn't sure how we would get it fixed or how soon that could happen. I called Precision and was able to get the door repaired that day. The technician, Timothy K., fixed the door, programmed openers so that they could open either door, and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Great experience. Fast service was needed as both cars were "stuck" in garage. The technician was here the next morning and got the door open so we were able to get cars out. We ordered a new door, as was needed and wanted. George, our tech was polite, helpful and made doing business easy.

One of my springs broke and I decided to change them both. Iv changed garage door springs in the past and they can be a lil bit of a pain and to be honest I didn't feel like doing it. They answered the phone on a Sunday after 8pm and an appointment was set for the next day. Tim came to my house for the repairs. He was on time, and had both springs changed out in less than 30 minutes. Everything was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company for garage door service
