Precision did a fantastic job! When I 1st called the process and initial fee was explained to me, an appointment was set in a timely manner and followed up with a confirmation and reminder notice. I was notified that Aiden was on his way. Aiden arrived promptly, was very professional, assessing the issues and arriving at a solution(s) and letting me know the cost. He had parts with him and was able to complete the door issue within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Precision and their team (Aiden and administrator) for your garage door needs! Precision responded the same day and sent a technician almost immediately. Aiden was thorough and not only addressed and fixed the problem but made sure that everything else was in good shape. Technician was super. Competent and friendly. But you must have geniuses in your corporate office. $65 for the service call. I get it. But the total charges were close to $200 to replace a keypad! Bravo management for working over your customers.

Although my initial appointment was missed, I was really impressed with the technician the arrived, Aiden Scott. The job needed was simple, a safety cable that was unlocked, but he was so efficient and professional in the way he completed the work. He was not condescending and explained to me the work he did for me. Because of Aiden's customer service, I definitely will call Precision Garage Door service in the future if necessary.
