When I purchased my garage door, I was provided real time access to the Linear app so that I could remotely control my garage door. The app hasn't worked in forever. That being said, I requested an explanation, but NEVER received a response.

Prompt response - called Friday afternoon and they were able to come out Saturday afternoon. Service person was courteous and professional; gave me a detailed estimate to okay before any work was started. Finished the repairs in 1 hour with no up-charges; Final invoice was exactly as quoted.

Aiden was prompt, courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed the operation of the door as it was and then took me through what was needed to correct it. I learned things about the system and was glad to hear the solution he recommended. He got the job done promptly and went over all that he had done so I would understand. I am fully satisfied and have the utmost confidence in the new setup. I would call Precision again if ever needed.

Great experience all around. Person I first contacted on the phone was excellent. Was excited to get me an appointment and asked all the right questions. Aiden Scott showed up on time. Was very professional. Explained what I needed to fix problem and how much it would be.In a timely manner he finished the job. Had me test his work and asked if I was satisfied. When it comes time to replace my whole system I will call Precision and hopefully Aiden will show up.

Garage door opener had failed, called on a Thursday afternoon and had a technician out early afternoon on Monday. Diagnosed a worn gear and quickly had it replaced. Positive experience overall, and while I hope to not need repairs again for a long time I will be a repeat customer if I do.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! They charged me $475 to repair a 17 year old craftsman opener. A new comparable opener made by craftsman at Lowe’s is roughly $225. They replaced the circuit board and charged $399 for it. An entire opener with all of the necessary parts is almost 1/2 of that. I also asked about a senior citizen discount when I scheduled the appointment and was told they there was one. Not one mention of that by the representative or on the invoice. Definitely a buyer beware company. Never again for me. I posted the details of the experience on our neighborhood FB page (over 400 houses).

I called at 9 am this morning begging for an appointment as I thought my cable broke and I had a blood draw appointment at 9:20. She said Sunday was the next appointment time and I said it needed to be sooner. I have Grief Share class in the am on Thursday and Divorce Care in the evening on Thursday. She put me on hold and got me an appointment for 12-2pm today!! Aiden was great. One of the parts had broke, not the cable but it affected the cable. He fixed it right away and now I can get in and out of the garage! Precision is the BEST!!

They came the next day and trouble shot the problem with my door and had to replace a brace in the door and reattach it to the door opener.
