They came the next day and trouble shot the problem with my door and had to replace a brace in the door and reattach it to the door opener.

I had another garage door company called elite to repair my door...I had issues with the chain coming off and they would not honor their work. I should have called precision first!!!!! I had the most wonderful service and the technician Aiden was so professional and knowledgeable! He did not judge me that I mistakenly went with another company first. He fixed my issue within a few minutes and I am so grateful to your company. You have so many followers, I just wish I knew to go with you first. I will in the next year purchase a new opener because mine in over 20 years old and I will definitely go with precision! hand down the best experience I have ever had with a company! thank you for being such a reputable company!
