I wanted to take a few moments to comment on our service today. We needed to have our torsion spring replaced. Yesterday, the spring snapped and our cars were trapped in the garage. I called for a service request at approximately 7 AM and the serviceman arrived around noon. My serviceman was George Ramey today. He was timely, courteous and efficient in his work. He offered his explanation on the installation process and provided me options to consider. Once the spring was installed, he made sure everything was working properly. He fine tuned some of our existing hardware and made suggestions for improvement. He went out of his way to “add value” to the visit. He should be commended for his positive attitude and attention to detail.

George - called to see if he could come early (and that worked great for us). Checked out the issue (a broken spring) and recommended an additional preventative maintenance on the cables since they are the original and now over 30 years old. He completed the job quickly and was very professional. We used Precision Garage Door Services the last time our spring failed and were very happy with the work then. This time with George was no exception. They will continue to be our "goto" for garage door issues.

George was the service tech. He was on time as promised from the first call to customer support. Looked over our situation and then explained the issue with me in detail. Asked what kind of time frame it would take and he said maybe an hour give or take. He finished the job in less than an hour, proceeded to show me and tell me exactly what was done. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the work he performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. You have a very satisfied customer for life. Job well done!

Just had George R from Precision out to fix an issue with our side-mounted unit (they did not install it). George explained everything and had everything rewired and reprogrammed in no time and the door now closes as smoothly as it did when it was new. It’s their number we keep by the wall opener button for service for a reason, they do excellent work.

I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.
