I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.

I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon! I won't hesitate to use you again, and certainly to recommend anyone who is looking for garage door work! Thank you!
