I chose Precision to fix my garage door because I had used them in the past and their work and products are superior to other companies that I have used. All employees are professional, from customer service to the service tech Damon, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Damon was fantastic, super nice and friendly. He helped me move some stuff in the garage to clear a path and worked around a car that I could not move. He was fantastic!! Precision is a great company with fair pricing.

Showed up when they said they would. Our technician (George R.) explained the issue, went over the possible solutions in very clear language and made the repair very efficiently. We made the choice to replace the opener entirely as the old one was loud and prone to issues -- however, in no way were we pressured to replace the opener. We could have just replaced the springs but decided on the upgrade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

I had a spring break under warranty. I called at about 10pm on Tuesday. The tech, John, was on site at 8:30am on Wednesday. The garage door was fixed by 9:20am. I couldn't ask for a more proficient and speedy company to deal with.

Dan, though I thought your offer was fair and your Tec was thorough in his explanation, I've decided just to do some maintenance on my current garage doors then re-evaluate the doors in the spring. Both my furnace and AC system are over 20 years old and they are more the pressing issue now than the doors. Am keeping all your info as I feel the professionalism your company has displayed should be complimented. Thank you again.

The old opener lasted 10 years and never had any issues until recently, hence the quality of their products is excellent. In addition, having the MyQ app and chat functions as options provide another layer of functionality, communication and accessibility that sets them apart. Very timely and quick responses.
