Bill B. Dan, I've been familiar with Precision for some time. I had an overhead spring break on my garage door on Friday. Your technician Dylan Smith was out to the house later in the day. After inspection he quoted me a price. At the end of the day I called back and accepted the quote; was told Dylan would be out on Saturday between 4 and 6. Dylan called in the morning, said he could be out w/i a half hr. Dylan was outstanding! He was professional in his workmanship, answered all my questions and even found a potential problem that would lead to future problems if not addressed in the near future. After completing the work and testing the repairs it was apparent the additional support beam was needed now. I told Dylan to add the beam to the contract. Upon completion and testing the door performed like new! Dylan was fantastic and would recommend him to anyone that planned on using Precision. You have one great employee that was a joy to work with.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. They were able to get a technician out to my house in 2 days. The technician, Dylan, called the morning of to say he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was on time, very friendly, and quickly made an assessment along with a quote. The work was completed in the amount of time he specified and the door worked like new. Very satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

I felt comfortable calling . They sent a service technician his name Damon. He was very kind and professional . Explaining everything clearly . Replacing both cable pulleys hardware . Appointment confirmations, service day communication of arrival time, pre service information on their technicians that will be completing the service at your site, well trained technicians, and quality parts at market prices. My technician was Damon Burke. He was well trained, very customer oriented, very informative, and completed the job in a short amount of time. The job site was also clean after completion of the work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Damon Burke to anyone needing service, replacement, or installation of a garage door. I had numerous broken OEM hinges replaced along with all the rollers on my double wide garage door. I’ve had the garage spring and other OEM hinges replaced by Precision Garage Door in the past with the same level of service and satisfaction. Their replacement parts are of higher quality then the OEM parts.
