I consider Precision Garage Door one of the most professional and organized service companies in the Pittsburgh region. From making the appointment through completion of the service, they do it all the right way. Appointment confirmations, service day communication of arrival time, pre service information on their technicians that will be completing the service at your site, well trained technicians, and quality parts at market prices. My technician was Damon Burke. He was well trained, very customer oriented, very informative, and completed the job in a short amount of time. The job site was also clean after completion of the work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Damon Burke to anyone needing service, replacement, or installation of a garage door. I had numerous broken OEM hinges replaced along with all the rollers on my double wide garage door. I’ve had the garage spring and other OEM hinges replaced by Precision Garage Door in the past with the same level of service and satisfaction. Their replacement parts are of higher quality then the OEM parts.

From start to finish I had a 5 star experience. As soon as I called Beth had me scheduled for a time frame that worked for me. George the technician was on time and had my torsion spring changed in no time. This was not my first experience using Precision services and George was my tech a few years ago. Every business needs to have a Damon working for them. Explained everything I needed and Damon though he had recommendations was not pushy. He completed the job way quicker than I anticipated. He took his time making sure I understood everything and he even guided me through the process of programming my vehicles to open the garages before he left. We needed spring replacement and several roller replacements due to the extremely rusted condition of this door that sat dormant for 20+ years. Damon was our service technician and he did a wonderful job providing us with maintenance. It had been about 8 years since we needed any repairs and wanted a check up to alleviate any emergency situation. We were able to get an appointment with only a one day wait time, which was our choice. We were kept very well informed regarding the name and a photo of our technician as well as a two hour window of arrival, which was very much appreciated. Damon was knowledgeable, polite, and provided us with an estimate before he did any work. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and we are very pleased! I was very pleased with the efficient, knowledgeable technician, Conner Scott. I replaced a 22 yr old garage door opener. After a safety check, Conner pointed out wear and tear on 28 yr old springs and frayed cable that also needed to be replaced. Conner worked tirelessly from start to clean up, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
