My experience was excellent from start to finish. They were able to get a technician out to my house in 2 days. The technician, Dylan, called the morning of to say he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was on time, very friendly, and quickly made an assessment along with a quote. The work was completed in the amount of time he specified and the door worked like new. Very satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

On Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, I called Precision Doors with what I thought was a warped spring that was causing my garage door to thump loudly when operated. The next morning Office Manager Kim Snatchko informed me that General Manager Tom Constantin would be at my home by 11:00 AM. Tom arrived on time and was prepared to replace the spring at no charge. However, he quickly identified that the real problem was related to a missing bolt on the door plate that was causing the door panel to not seat correctly. He repaired the door and did a complete inspection at no charge. My wife and I are very impressed with Tom's professional approached to the problem and how he assured us that the spring would be replaced if it was needed. And we're pleased with the way the Precision Door team quickly addressed our problem. We highly recommend doing business with Mr. Constantin and Precision Doors.

I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to me on Monday. The phone was not only answered, but George came out and fixed my door that day! Just had your technician, Marcus, leave approximately 30 minutes and I could not be more satisfied with him or the service he provided. He actually called and said he could make it to the appointment 30 minutes before the earliest time quoted us and asked if that was OK. He repaired our garage door after explaining everything he would do in full detail and why it needed to be done. Normally you have to pull answers from a repairman, but he left me with no questions, he was so through. If we ever need service from Precision again, I hope he is still a tech with your company. He even had a universal garage door opener he could program to our system. I have been concerned every since our spare failed a year ago. Way to go Precision for training your employees correctly. It was nice to find a courteous and knowledgeable service person come to our door.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quick and courteous service that I received from Precision. I got an appointment with a technician the same day I called and was given a 2 hour window which was very convenient. The technician (Aaron) did an EXCELLENT job and was able to completely redo all the hardware on my door in about an hour. My door works like new and I still can't get over how quiet it is now. Great job - would definitely recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.
