Garage door spring busted late Saturday evening. Looked for a local gage door company and came across Precision. Called and had an appointment set up for Monday. They kept me updated through email and on Monday Tim called and said he would be here in a half hour. He went over everything and showed me things that I needed. I chose just the spring and he had it installed in no time whatsoever.
Thank you, William, for taking the time to give feedback about your experience with us. We're delighted to know that our team's communications and Tim's thoroughness and efficiency lived up to your expectations. Your support means a lot to us.

He replaced an 18-year old outside touch pad, diagnosed the malfunction of one of the door openers, & provided the cost to replace guide rollers. I saw the ad in the Clipper mailer and called for repair of my door. Tim was able to respond quickly and when it was determined that the door repair would be costly (the door was very old) I received an estimate for a new door install. Tim and Dillon were pleasant and helpful to me in making the decision to replace.
